PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device for a vehicular seat capable of more widely utilizing an interior space with favorable appearance when a rear seat is stored (accommodated), and capable of using a rear seat even when a lengthy baggage is loaded in a vehicle width direction. SOLUTION: The storage device for the vehicular seat is provided with a seat cushion 20 becoming a seat of the rearmost row; a back cushion 30 corresponding to the seat cushion to which a sitting person leans the back; a seat storage space 13 formed in a section wall surface and storing the seat cushion and the back cushion; and an interlocking arm 33 turned with the seat cushion. The interlocking arm 33 is turned by rotating/moving the seat cushion 20 from the seat storage space 13 to the sitting position, and the back cushion 30 is moved from the seat storage space 13 to the vehicle front position by turning of the interlocking arm 33.
