PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent composite resin sheet having excellent transparency, being reduced in the waviness of the surface and having excellent quality of display and serving as an alternate for glass, and provide an electronic device. SOLUTION: The transparent composite sheet comprises a core layer composed of a glass fiber woven fabric and a transparent resin and a surface smoothing layer. The surface smoothing layer is a resin layer formed with a resin composition comprising a transparent resin and an inorganic filler. The transparent resin is an alicyclic epoxy resin. The inorganic filler has a secondary particle size of 20-100 nm, and is contained in a content of 30-75 mass% relative to 100 mass% of the solid content of the resin composition.
