MACHINE TOOL FOR BRINGING WORKPIECE PART TO CARRYING-OUT POSITION FROM SUPPORT POSITION AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a workpiece part to quickly reach a carrying-out position by surely moving downward from a support position, by improving a machine tool of a form having a motion unit for moving supports downward from the support position for bringing the workpiece part 12 to the carrying-out position positioned under the supports 13a and 13b by the machine tool having the supports 13a and 13b for placing the workpiece part 12 completely cut-separated from a workpiece 2 on the upper side in the support position, in the machine tool 1 for cutting the workpiece part 2.

SOLUTION: The motion unit accelerates the supports in the gravity direction from the support position at an acceleration larger than an acceleration of the workpiece part in the gravity direction 17 in an area of the workpiece part 12 placed on the supports. The motion unit is constituted so as to move the accelerated supports outside a motional orbit of the workpiece part at a speed by which the workpiece part reaches the carrying-out position by free falling.
