<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a manufacturing instruction in a short time to comply with a delivery date for a customer by providing the instruction for minimizing deviation between a planned number and a result number arising from production variation accompanying yield variation, intended for a production line of an electronic device such as a hard disk and a liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing instruction system calculates a mean result number and a standard deviation in an arbitrary period on the basis of the current deviation between a production planned number and a result number and a past production result, calculates the goal achievement probability of achieving a final goal based on the mean result number, the standard deviation and the current production result, and changes the product percentage(product mix) for input to the production line by comparing the goal achievement probability of achieving the final goal and a threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
