A biological dye composition for detecting the microorganism is provided to easily observe and accurately diagnose the microorganism by dyeing the microorganism to silver blue. The biological dye composition for dyeing and detecting the microorganism comprises the dye selected from methylene blue, toluidine blue and thionin which are the thiazine-based discoloration dyes, and aniline blue which is the acidic dye, and dyes and detects the microorganism easily and rapidly within a short time.
