<p>A primer and probe for detecting high-risk group human papillomavirus(HPV) DNA are provided to simply and sensitively detect the infection of 13 high-risk group HPVs closely related to the uterine cervix cancer in the detection of HPV DNA using PCR(polymerase chain reaction). The primer for detecting high-risk group human papillomavirus DNA is selected from the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:14, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 and SEQ ID NO:15, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:3 and SEQ ID NO:16, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:4 and SEQ ID NO:17, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:5 and SEQ ID NO:18, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:6 and SEQ ID NO:19, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:7 and SEQ ID NO:20, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:8 and SEQ ID NO:21, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:9 and SEQ ID NO:22, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:10 and SEQ ID NO:23, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:11 and SEQ ID NO:24, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:12 and SEQ ID NO:25, the oligonucleotide pair having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:13 and SEQ ID NO:26, and combinations thereof.</p> |
