<p>Construction waste treatment equipment and a construction waste treatment method using the same are provided to utilize raw ores such as pebbles for producing concrete, by discharging mortar dust and extracting and separately storing the raw ores. Construction waste treatment equipment is composed of: a first crusher(10) firstly crushing clods of waste concrete to transport and treat the waste concrete easily; a moisture feeder(20) communicating with the first crusher to receive the firstly crushed waste concrete from the first crusher, and clean foreign materials of the firstly crushed waste concrete and supply moisture to mortar, by jetting the moisture on the waste concrete; a microwave irradiator(30) connected to the moisture feeder by a conveyor belt(B), in order to generate cracks on the mortar of the waste concrete by thermal expansion of the absorbed moisture by heating moisture absorbed into the mortar by irradiating microwaves on the mortar of the waste concrete absorbing moisture; an electrolyzer(60) receiving the waste concrete including the mortar cracked through the microwave irradiator, by the conveyor belt, piling the waste concrete in a NaCl(Sodium Chloride) aqueous solution, and corroding the cracked mortar of the waste concrete by removing chloride ion included in the mortar by electrolyzing the waste concrete; and a second crusher(50) communicating with the electrolyzer to receive the waste concrete including the cracked and to corroded mortar and then crush the mortar of the waste concrete.</p> |
