A microbicidal composition comprising a plurality of microbicides is provided to increase the microbicidal activity against various kinds of microorganisms compared to individual microbicides, and give the environment and economic benefit. The microbicidal composition comprises (a) N-methyl-1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one, and (b) at least one microbicide selected from the group consisting of hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)-s-triazine, 4,4- dimethyloxazolidine, sodium hydroxymethyl glycinate, myristamidopropyl PG-dionium chloride phosphate, octanoic acid, 2-ethylhexyl glycerine, glyceryl monocaprylate, 7alpha-ethyldihydro-1H,3H,5H-oxazolo(3,4-C) oxazole and 2-(thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole. |
