An aluminum-sheathed heating cable and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove a thermal process by using an aluminum tube without a case-hardening phenomenon after a print of a seal. An aluminum-sheathed heating cable comprises a resistivity conductor, an insulated conductor and aluminum-sheathing material(30). A heating cable generates heat with approval of current and prevents the freeze of a piping or a tank. In case current is applied at the resistivity conductor, the resistivity conductor generates heat. A resistivity heating element like a nichrome wire is used as a conductor. The insulated conductor surrounds the neighboring of the resistivity conductor with the insulator. The insulated conductor is inserted into an aluminum tube. The aluminum tube in which the insulated conductor is inserted is contracted and drawn through a drawbench. The elongation ratio of the aluminum tube is 15% - 35%. Shrinkage is about 35% in the drawing of the aluminum tube. The aluminum tube surrounds the insulator. The insulator is made of heat resistance insulating material such as glass fiber(20) and Teflon.
