摘要 A manufacturing method of new dimer erythropoietin is provided to improve the in vivo activity and retention time compared to the wild type erythropoietin, thereby supplying the pharmaceutical composition for stimulation of hematogenesis inexpensively. The manufacturing method of the dimer erythropoietin gene comprises the steps of: (a) firstly amplifying the gene set forth in SEQ ID NO:3 with PCR(polymerase chain reaction) using primers of SEQ ID NO:4 and SEQ ID NO:7; (b) secondly amplifying the gene set forth in SEQ ID NO:3 with PCR using primers of SEQ ID NO:6 and SEQ ID NO:5; (c) digesting the secondary amplification product of step (b) with the restriction enzymes EcoR V and Xho I; and (d) linking the digestion products of step (c) to the 3'-terminal of the primary amplification product base sequence.
