<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vegetable processed food from which objective allergen is eliminated, as much as possible, without using food additives, meats, eggs and/or milk. <P>SOLUTION: The vegetable processed food is obtained through the steps of a first step of soaking 100 pts.wt. granular soybean protein in 320-336 pts.wt. of mixture liquid comprising ginger juice, soy sauce and water; a second step of mixing/emulsifying the whole amount of soaked material obtained in the first step with 175-180 pts.wt. of powdery soybean protein, 125-135 pts.wt. of crushed onion, 220-230 pts.wt. of crushed cabbage, and 25-35 pts.wt. of vegetable oil, together with the whole of the remaining amount of the mixture liquid; a third step of mixing the whole amount of the mixed-emulsified material obtained in the second step with 40-50 pts.wt. of granular soybean protein, 30-35 pts.wt. of starch, 50-60 pts.wt. of bread crumb, 25-35 pts.wt. of sugar, and 0.05-0.15 pts.wt. of pepper; and a fourth step of molding the mixture obtained in the third step and frying the molded mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
