PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN system 10 for keeping high communication quality through the wireless LAN terminal 20 and controlling each wireless LAN terminal 20, requiring high communication quality such as a cellular phone, to belong to an access point 30 with high receiving quality as much as possible. SOLUTION: When the wireless LAN terminal 20, which belongs to the access point 30 and has high priority, starts data communication, the access point 30 checks own communication load. If the communication band necessary for the wireless LAN terminal 20 can not be secured, a wireless LAN terminal 40 other than the wireless LAN terminal 20 with high priority is shifted to other access point.
