摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filled type vibration damping device with a novel structure capable of advantageously exerting an expected vibration damping effect and advantageously improving production efficiency by sufficiently securing installation spaces of a pressure variation absorbing mechanism of a pressure receiving chamber and short-circuit mechanisms of the pressure receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber. SOLUTION: A movable cover member 74 comprises an elastic holding part 86 elastically holding a part 82 fixed to a partition member 30 to an outer peripheral edge of the movable cover member 74 and holding the outer peripheral part to the partition member 30 at a close-contact condition with an energizing force, and a movable rubber membrane 88. The outer peripheral edge is held so as to be brought into close contact with the partition member 30, so as to constitute a pressure variation absorbing mechanism. The outer peripheral edge of the movable cover member 74 is separated from the partition member 30 against the energizing force and the close contact condition is canceled by a negative pressure generated in a pressure receiving chamber 68 at the time of inputting vibrations, so that a short-circuit spacing is provided.
