PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a live fish aquarium apparatus which can surely remove sludge to be removed with a filter, without leaking sludge and the filter of which is easy to wash. SOLUTION: This live fish aquarium apparatus which is formed by disposing an aquarium 2 and a filtration tank 4 for filtering water stored in the aquarium in the main body 7 of the aquarium apparatus, and disposing a filter 45, at the upstream position of the filtration tank and in which the water stored in the aquarium is passed through the filter and the filtration tank and then is circulated into the aquarium, is such that a water-flowing portion 44 that communicates with the filtration tank is disposed in the body of the aquarium apparatus; and the filter comprises an attachment portion 45c attached detachably to the water-flowing portion and having a flow-in opening, and a flexible bag-like filter main body 45a, whose opening edge portion is fixed to the attachment portion.
