PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cover rice straws, weeds, and the like, with the mud raked up by a rotor. SOLUTION: The rotor apparatus for puddling is equipped with the rotor 1 having a large number of bars 11 arranged in the axial direction and is shaped into an oblong cylindrical form. In the rotor 1, the bars 11 are supported on disk end plates 12 that rotate by virtue of ground resistance to the surface of a paddy field, where the rotor is of non-driven type.
