PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic for hairdressing use which is stably emulsified without impairing the high hairdressing ability inherent in carnauba wax as an ingredient thereof and has such high emulsion stability as not to cause aggregation or deposition of the carnauba wax even if much compounded, and furthermore, excellent in acclimatizability to and spreadability over the hair and imparting excellent hairdressingness peculiar to high-melting waxes without giving the hair sticky touch feeling. SOLUTION: The emulsified cosmetic for hairdressing use comprises (A) carnauba wax, (B) candelilla wax, (C) a nonionic surfactant and (D) a branched fatty acid and/or a branched fatty acid ester.
