PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple technique for forming a carbon nanotube structure which exhibits properties such as electrical conductivity. SOLUTION: An organic solvent dispersion of a polyion complex comprising: carbon nanotubes (e.g., cut single-wall carbon nanotubes) having a carboxyl anion group; and cationic lipid, is cast on a substrate at a relative humidity of≥60% to form a cast film, and this cast film is acid-treated to remove the cationic lipid, whereby an electrically conductive carbon nanotube film having a honeycomb structure is produced.
