PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device capable of preventing a crease from being formed on a sheet even when a stopping state continues for a long time; and an image forming device. SOLUTION: Sheet fed by a feeding roller 7 are separated one by one by a sheet separating portion 34 equipped with a separating roller 1 press-contacting with the feeding roller 7. A paper feeding roller 13 regulates upward bending of a sheet S2 nipped and stopped between the separating roller 1 and the feeding roller 7, thereby preventing the crease of the sheet S.
