PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating body holding structure capable of facilitating the attaching and detaching works of a shaft member while a rotating body is rotatably supported. SOLUTION: The rotating body holding structure comprises a shaft member 33 which is projected from a frame 4 forming a sheet conveying passage to the conveying passage side to rotatably support a rotating body 31 for conveying sheets, a holding member 6 attached to the shaft member 33, a locking part 6e provided on the holding member 6, and a locked part 4c provided on a member constituting the frame 4.
