An inverter control device includes: a DC power source (B) which outputs a first DC voltage (VB);a voltage conversion unit (20) which converts a voltage level of the DC voltage (VB) and supplies a first DC voltage (VH) to an inverter (14 (14A)); a temperature detection unit (31 (32)) which detects an atmosphere temperature (element temperature) of the inverter (14 (14A)); and a control device (30A). The control device (30A) controls the voltage conversion unit (20) so that the voltage (VH) is lowered as the atmosphere temperature is lowered according to a temperature value (Ti1 (Ti2)) as a detection result of the temperature sensor (31 (32)). This assures a sufficient serge allowance at a low temperature.
