Subject: cylinder with peripheral cutting elements destined for cutting out multiform dough sheets. Constitution: a shaft having handles 2 at its ends or accessories for its fixing on a flaky pastry preparation apparatus, and rings 3 supporting the cylinder 4 bearing the dough cutting elements 5. The cylinder has openings between the cutting elements for the collection of the dough cuttings. An opening covered by the cover 6 is formed at the centre of the cylinderÆs length to enable the cleaning of the cylinderÆs interior. The rings 3 have openings accomodating the removal of the dough cuttings gathered in the interior of the cylinder 4. At the centre of same rings 3 there is a housing 7 for the seating and rotation of the cylinder 4. Pairs of bars 8 for the protection of the cutting elements are placed on the periphery of the cylinder. |
