PISTON RING WITH MICRO DIMPLE

A piston-ring in which the micro dimple is formed is provided that the frictional force between the wall of cylinder and piston-ring are reduced in the oscillation of piston. A piston-ring(10) in which the micro dimple is formed comprises as follows. The dimple(20) of the multiple having the diameter of 100mum~500mum in the outer circumference is formed. The occupying rate of dimple is 10%~30% of the total body surface area. A plurality of dimples is formed in the outer circumference and the oil filled with the dimple inside improves the lubricating application.
