An apparatus for coating a flame retardant on the woven fabric for a vehicle seat is provided to allow the flame retardant to be penetrated into the woven fabric, thereby improving flame retardancy. An apparatus for coating a flame retardant on the woven fabric for a vehicle seat comprises a flame retardant tank(120) where a flame retardant is stored; a flame retardant transfer pipe(130) whose one end is connected with the flame retardant tank; a coater(140) which is connected with the other end of the flame retardant transfer pipe and coates the transferred woven fabric with the flame retardant; and a gas supply unit(150) which supplies gas to the flame retardant.
