The method involves concentrating the sunlight by a reflector. The reflector partly consists of thin film solar cells (2) or is coated with thin film solar cells. The reflector form is so selected that the direct solar radiation is lit up largely by total reflection. One solar cell illuminates and the non-concentrated diffuser radiation of the thin film solar cells is not transformed into electricity. The photovoltaic cell illuminated with concentrated light consists of high-value and efficient material and the solar cells (4) are low-priced. An independent claim is also included for the device for photo-voltaic power production using solar cells. |
