A system for guiding parking information with CCTV(Closed Circuit TeleVision) and method thereof are provided to enhance effectiveness of parking lot and convenience of driver by rapidly guiding vehicle with image. A plurality of CCTV camera parts(100) is installed in a parking lot, and provides a first image and a second image for parking lot security. An image data/parking management information processing part(200) makes a third image for parking management by comparing the first image with the second image. A camera control part(300) includes a check region setting part(300a) and a camera driving part(300b). The camera driving part provides a base image, the first image, the second image, and the third image for the parking lot security. The check region setting part sets one or more check region in a parking face of each camera. A recording storage part(400) stores a base image data. A control part(500) controls parking management information using image recognizing technique. |
