<p>The present invention provides an coated oral pharmaceutical dosage form comprising a composition of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) as multilayered spherical granule combined with a composition of prostaglandin, and a film coating. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the dosage form, which comprising the steps of preparing the compositions of NSAID and prostaglandin separately, combing the compositions to form a pharmaceutical dosage form, and coating the dosage form with a film coating.</p>
