The invention relates to systems for advertising goods and services and in particular to interactive systems for disseminating advertising information messages via telecommunications channels. Said invention makes it possible to increase the advertising efficiency, to personalise delivered advertising information to the mobile terminal user and to reduce the volume of the advertising and information message traffic and the advertiser expenses. The inventive method for automatically disseminating advertising messages of good and service advertisers taking into consideration the user's device parameters, consists in determining the maintained functions and parameters of the mobile device at a recording stage, in forming a corresponding advertising message with classification indexes of the mobile device users taking into consideration the information about the maintained functions and parameters of the mobile device, in transmitting the above-mentioned message to a distribution process control device, wherein, in response, a package of advertising messages, containing at least one advertising message, to be sent to a concrete user is formed, taking into consideration the classification indexes of said user and the maintained functions and parameters of the mobile device, in generating requests for the possibility of receiving said advertising message packages by the user and, when the possibility of receiving the packages of advertising messages is confirmed, in transmitting said packages of advertising messages to the subscriber's mobile device.
