A biosensor is provided to block the leakage of a sample through an air outlet by forming the inner wall at the upstream of the air outlet along the flowing direction of a sample, thereby maintaining the amount of the sample reacting with an enzyme reaction layer to be constant when a sample is flown in and improving the accuracy of the blood sugar measurement. A biosensor(100) comprises an electrically insulating substrate(110); an electrode part(120) which is formed on the substrate to detect the electrical signal generated from the sample flown from the outside; an enzyme reaction layer(150) which is formed on the electrode part and contains the material electrochemically reacting with the sample; a spacer(160) which has an inlet for flowing the sample into the enzyme reaction layer; a cover part(170) which is arranged at the upper part of the spacer; an inner wall(180) which is located at the downstream of the electrode part along the flowing direction of the sample and is higher than the electrode plate; and an air outlet(112) which is located at the downstream of the inner wall along the flowing direction of the sample and discharges the air of the sample inflow space sectioned by the substrate and the cover part.
