A pressure control apparatus of exhaust brake for a car is provided to prevent damage to parts due to pressure variation by reducing internal pressure inside an exhaust pipe when an exhaust brake works. A pressure control apparatus of exhaust brake for a car comprises a cylinder block(10), a supply tube(20) connected to an air supplying part(12) of the cylinder block; an exhaust pipe(30) connected to an air diffuser(13) of the cylinder block; an exhaust brake(31) installed at the exhaust pipe; a branch(40) in which an EGR valve(41) is formed; a pressure sensor(50) measuring the pressure inside the branch; an auxiliary valve(60) installed at the inlet side of the exhaust brake; an air cylinder(70) operating the auxiliary valve; and a switch(71) activating the air cylinder.
