PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display processing apparatus capable of effectively improving an operation of selecting a content from content information.

SOLUTION: The display processing apparatus for displaying the content information of an identifying content includes: a content information acquiring means for acquiring the content information; a determination means for determining whether or not the content associated with the content information can be acquired from a recording apparatus in which the content contained in the content information acquired in the content information acquiring means is recorded, based on the apparatus information of the recording apparatus; and a display control means for performing the alteration of the display of the content information when it is determined for the information not to be acquired in the determination means.
