<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method capable of preventing merchandise trouble concerning expiration date display, while raising the moral of each worker, and also capable of rapidly investigating the cause when the trouble occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A processed food management system includes: a first terminal capable of accessing to a merchandise database means which previously preserves merchandise data including manufacturing schedule information and expiration date information for each processed merchandise to be manufactured; and a second terminal capable of accessing a first post-check database means which preserves first check manufacturing merchandise data generated by the information processing means of the first terminal. The first terminal includes: an imaging means for imaging the display area of the printed expiration date; a selecting means for selecting the selected merchandise data to be imaged; a display means for displaying the image of the selected merchandise and the merchandise data as one file; a checker input item for inputting the data of a checker for performing the check; a checker input means; and the information processing means for generating a manufacturing merchandise check file, where the input of the input item is completed, as manufacturing merchandise data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
