<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack that makes each used secondary battery constituting a battery pack fully exert its performance, and to provide a method of manufacturing a battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the battery pack includes a learning step (a step 1), a selection step (a step 2), and an assembly step (a step 3). The learning step is a step for acquiring a charge amount-voltage curve C during charging and a charge amount-voltage curve D during discharging. Alternatively, it is a step for acquiring a voltage corresponding to a prescribed charge amount during charging and a voltage corresponding to a prescribed charge amount during discharging. The selection step is a step in which a plurality of used second batteries having mutually similar curves C, D are selected from among a group of the used secondary batteries respectively whose curves C, D are acquired. Alternatively, it is a step in which a plurality of used second batteries respectively having a mutually similar voltage corresponding to a prescribed charge amount during charging and a mutually similar voltage corresponding to a prescribed charge amount during discharging are selected from among a group of the used secondary batteries respectively whose voltage corresponding to a prescribed charge amount during charging and a voltage corresponding to a prescribed charge amount during discharging are acquired.
