PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for forming an optical waveguide, the material which is cured with less dose of active energy rays, and thereby which is inexpensive, superior in mass productivity and suitable for manufacturing, to provide a method for manufacturing an optical waveguide that uses this material for an optical waveguide, and to provide an optical waveguide obtained by the method.
