PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a convenience of a control system of a networking equipment using location information of a mobile body. SOLUTION: The control system 1000 of the networking equipment comprises a mobile terminal such as a cell phone CP, a navigation device NAV, a personal digital assistance PDA or the like, and a home server 200 installed in a residence. Each mobile terminal is connected to the home server 200 through a relay station RS and an internet INT. A network home electric appliances such as an air-conditioning device is connected to the home server 200. The home server 200 obtains the location information from the mobile terminal and predicts the time of arrival at the residence to control the operation of the network home electric appliances.
