PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm device capable of performing smooth operation, restraining operational sound from being produced and inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: Two ring-like space regulating members 3 and 4 are rotatably attached to one supporting shaft 1c erected on a bottom board 1, and two ring-like space regulating members 5 and 6 are rotatably attached to the other supporting shaft 1d. A diaphragm blade 7 has an aperture 7a larger than an aperture part 1a of the bottom board 1, a diaphragm aperture 7b smaller than the aperture part 1a, a circular hole 7c in which the output pin 10a of a rotator 10 is fit, and a slot 7d. In the diaphragm blade 7, the slot 7d formed on one end side in a width direction is fit to the supporting shaft 1c between the space regulating members 3 and 4, but its other end side is just arranged between the space regulating members 5 and 6 and does not come into contact with the supporting shaft 1d.
