PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board capable of simplifying labor for reuse and manufacture. SOLUTION: An end of a base material 1 with many hollow holes 2 is processed with tongue-and-grooved, so that some of the hollow holes 2 can be exposed on a tongue-and-grooved surface 3. The hollow holes 2 exposed on the tongue-and-grooved surface 3 can be formed as groove-shaped drainage channels 2a, and water intruding into a gap of a tongue-and-grooved joint portion can be discharged through the drainage channels 2a, so that waterproofing properties can be secured.
