PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approach actual fluid pressure to target fluid pressure, by quickly pressurizing a fluid pressure passage on the wheel brake side. SOLUTION: This brake fluid pressure control apparatus for a vehicle has a pump 4, a motor 9 driving the pump 4 and a control part 20 controlling an electric current flowed to a pressure regulating valve R in accordance with a target fluid pressure. The control part 20 has a means for converting the target fluid pressure of wheel brakes FR, FL, RR and RL into the fluid volume and calculating a required flow rate from this fluid volume, a means for calculating a required rotation speed of the motor 9 on the basis of capacity of the pump 4 from the calculated required flow rate, and a means for increasing the electric current flowed to the pressure regulating valve R by the predetermined volume when the required rotation speed exceeds an actual rotation speed of the motor 9 provided by detection or estimation.
