PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for enabling to easily protect the corner of the paper of next page continuously when the used paper is turned up in the paper bound in a book state, alternatively enabling to moderately hold the occupied paper, even when the thickness of the book, in which the number of the paper is changed, is altered. SOLUTION: The protector of the paper corner has a protective piece 2 coming into contact with the front surface of the first page of the book state paper 21, a corresponding piece 8 corresponding to the thickness of the book, and a supporting piece coming into contact with the backward paper from the first paper of the book, so that the protective piece 2, the corresponding piece 8, and the supporting piece are continued, and the protective piece is not stuck on a protective object.
