PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blank cutting device removing only a blank section from a plurality of labels with various blank widths. SOLUTION: The blank cutting device is provided with: an attachment 2, which is detachably arranged and has a cutting section for separating the blank section of the label, and a plurality of guide sections for guiding the label to the cutting section in the designated direction; and a cover section 102 for covering a label insertion port of the guide section excluding the guide section arranged at the position guiding the label to the cutting section from the outside at the attachment 2 located at the designated position. The attachment 2 is designed to make only one guide section face to the cutting section on the basis of the direction mounted on a main body, and the guide section arranged to face to the cutting section guides the label to the cutting section so as to cut only the blank section.
