PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of a liquid or the like after the stoppage of the operation of an electrostatic spraying apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrostatic spraying apparatus is provided with a container part (31), a nozzle part (32) communicating with the container (31), a pressing mechanism (23) for pressing the container part (31), a cartridge side electrode (16) forming an electric field in the nozzle part (32), a power source part (24) for applying voltage to the cartridge side electrode (16) and a control part (28) for controlling so as to form the electric fields on the distal end of the nozzle part (32) even after the stoppage of the pressing of the container part (31) by the pressing mechanism 23.
