PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube for a medical instrument which is high in chemical resistance and has a structure for allowing an outer shell to be fixed and exchanged with simple work. SOLUTION: In the flexible tube for the medical instrument, a cylindrical inner layer part 75 formed integrally with an outer shell and a cylindrical outer layer part 76 separably laminated on the inner layer part are formed at an end of a cylindrical outer shell 42 covering an outer peripheral surface of the flexible tube 21. In a state in which the outer layer part 76 is superposed on the inner layer part 75, a storage part 68 is formed for inserting and locking at least a part of the end of the outer layer part.
