SOLUTION: The non-invasive biological information measuring instrument for making light be incident on the surface of a living body and detecting optoacoustic signals from the inside of the living body including the feature amount of biological information from the surface of the living body has: mounting confirmation means 207 for detecting a first measurement position and a second measurement position from the detection signals of the optoacoustic signals, measuring a distance between the first and second measurement positions and outputting error signals when the distance is equal to or less than a threshold A for compression or is equal to or more than a threshold B for pull or is equal to or more than a threshold C for timeout; and error display means 208 for notifying of the error signals outputted in the mounting confirmation means.
