PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for obtaining a foamed material excellent in foaming characteristics at low costs. SOLUTION: A method for producing a foamed resin sheet includes a foaming agent incorporation process in which a laminate of a resin sheet with unevenness formed in its surface is held in an atmosphere of a foaming agent to incorporate the foaming agent in the resin sheet, and a foaming process for foaming the resin sheet containing the foaming agent.
