PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament-reinforced composite resin composition having good dispersibility of an organic filament, providing excellent appearance, having excellent mechanical strength such as impact resistance, and being imparted with electroconductivity, and to provide a molded article formed therefrom. SOLUTION: The filament-reinforced composite resin composition comprises an olefinic resin, an organic filament and a carbon fiber regulated so that the proportions of the organic filament and the carbon fiber relative to 100 pts.wt. of the olefinic resin may be 10-150 pts.wt. and 0.1-30 pts.wt. respectively.
