PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insufficient discharge from occurring by preventing intrusion of foreign substances caused by deformation or exfoliation of a filter even when high-pressure cleaning is performed. SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head which discharges droplets and a filter part are provided. The filter part has a filter for filtrating liquid supplied to the liquid discharge head and a receptacle part 36 on which an outer peripheral part of the filter is placed. A projecting portion 35 projecting in the direction same as the flow direction of the liquid is formed in the filter. The projecting portion 35 of the filter is embedded in and fixed to the receptacle 36, which constitutes a filter case, by heat welding or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
