PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt having an anchor body inhibited from sticking in an object while the movement to the vertical posture can be performed stably by rotation caused by the dead weight of the anchor body. SOLUTION: A flat plate part is formed on the main bolt, an anchor body is formed in a box form of cross section and a spindle pin passes a halfway point of a pair of side plate parts of the anchor body. A top face part of the anchor body is opened leaving the first connecting plate part which comes into contact with the back of the part in a rectangular posture so that the flat plate part can turn. A bottom part of the anchor body is opened leaving the second connecting plate part which faces the end face part of the flat plate part in an extension posture so that the flat plate part can turn. The first connecting plate part and the second connecting plate part are arranged point-symmetrically about the spindle pin and a weight plate is projected and formed in the tip part of the second connecting plate part and the weight plate part faces the side face of an anchor bolt in an extension posture.
