PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum game machine which enables players to manipulate a game operating part or the like being relaxed while maintaining the visual recognizability better for a rotary drum, a performance display device and the like. SOLUTION: The game machine includes an outer frame 2 mounted on pachinko game machine island equipment, a box like or frame like body cabinet, a door like front member 4 rotatably supported in a door, a console 6 formed being protruded to the players' side from the front of the door like front member 4, a window part 12 formed in the door like front member 4 above the console 6, a symbol variable display device 13 and a performance display device 15 so arranged as to be visually recognized through the window part 12 and a storage tray body 20 which stores game balls put out from a game ball putout device while making them flow down to a game ball loader. The storage tray body 20 is built up of a separate member from the console 6 and comprises a one-tray structured tray like member protruded to the players' side from the front of the door like front member 4 positioned below the console 6.
