PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod case to be laid smoothly horizontally from a stand state, while preventing the bottom part from being scratched. SOLUTION: The fishing rod case T has a case body 1 capable of storing a fishing rod in the interior. The front face 1a and the rear face 1b of the periphery face of the case body 1 are formed into plane shapes, respectively, and the bottom part 1e and upper part 1f which are turned back so as to extend from the front face 1a to the back face 1b, with each being bent so that a belt-shaped body is turned back, are formed at the upper and lower parts of the case body 1. Leg parts 5 and 6, extending from the front face 1a to the back face 1b along the side peripheries of the right side face 1c and the left side face 1d of the bottom part 1e of the case body 1, are respectively installed.
