The device (1) has a curved region (102) whose upper surface is formed for receiving a tank. A fastening region (101) is designed for attaching to a holding device (2), and side flanks (106a, 106b) are arranged on both sides of the fastening region. The fastening region and the side flanks together form a u-shaped profile. Width of the curved region is larger than width of the fastening region. The fastening region is arranged in width direction centrically to the curved region and in longitudinal direction behind the curved region.
