<p>The inventive idling rotor comprises two axial blades disposed on the external side of a split cup-shaped rotor hub provided with a centrifugal blower which is arranged therein and the blades of which rotate oppositely to rotation of the rotor blades. The axial blades are arranged inside an external shell which is connected to the ends thereof and are secured to the rotor by means of pins, the centrifugal blower being designed in the form of a bladed uncased disc. In addition, the axial blades are located on the external side of the split cup-shaped rotor hub, in which the centrifugal blower is arranged, and are provided with an external shell.</p> |
